I would under no circumstances put one particular in the lanai. The humidity from it would be not be great Along with the ceiling's drywall. Sunshine Awnings are pre-authorized for installation with ARC. You don't need to have ARC acceptance. The only reason you'd visit ARC is if you select a color that is not on their pre-accepted checklist.
